Matawan choisie pour numériser la maintenance des arrêts de bus à Valence en Espagne

We're rolling out our WanReport solution in Valencia, confirming our international momentum.

The maintenance of 1,300 bus stops in Spain’s 3rd largest city will now be digitised using our cloud platform. This first success in Spain will be quickly followed by a second deployment on the Alicante-Elche interurban line with the operator Vectalia.

TEMPS Impresores, the company commissioned by the EMT Valencia urban transport network to provide maintenance and information services at bus stops, has chosen to rely on WanReport, one of the four pillars of our offering dedicated to reporting and quality of service. Since September, interventions at EMT Valencia’s 1,300 bus stops have been managed digitally using the WanReport solution.

This first strategic deployment in Spain will make it possible to
– Digitising all maintenance processes
– Work on bus shelters
– Information posts
– Real-time remote monitoring
– Guarantee infrastructure compliance in a collaborative way.

For example, field staff can report damage at a bus stop (breakage, etc.) in real time. This report is then automatically sent to the relevant department to trigger action.

Our WanReport solution

WanReport provides operators with a mobile application that enables them to organise, geolocate and document their work more efficiently.

All this data is instantly transmitted to a SaaS platform, accessible by both the local authority and its service provider. Reports are generated automatically and the solution delivers a range of benefits to all parties, including a significant reduction in incident response time and costs.

Not yet activated by TEMPS Impresores, WanReport also features additional modules, such as the referencing of stop accessibility and the automatic generation of all passenger information at the stop.

As the leader in France in terms of the number of public transport networks equipped with connected ticketing systems, we are now stepping up our expansion in Southern Europe.

With WanReport, which has already won over more than 100 operators, we are successfully entering the Spanish market with a second major project announced after Valencia: we are deploying the complete WanReport solution with one of Spain’s major operators, Vectalia, on the Alicante-Elche interurban line, which links 500,000 inhabitants.

From October, the public will also have a say in the quality of service on this line. By flashing a QR Code, they will be able to report any faults or erroneous commercial information themselves, and follow their progress until they are repaired or corrected.

"Our vision is to make Matawan a key player in the Spanish mobility Spain, with the aim of freeing the sector from the obstacles that hinder innovation and turn it into a genuine public utility. The deployment in Valencia and our forthcoming collaboration with Vectalia are strong indicators of the relevance of our model and of the Matawan and the Matawan project. This encourages us to continue our momentum in Spain and beyond"

says Jérôme Tredan, CEO of Matawan.
