Matawan takes part in the 2023 mobility challenge

From 18 to 22 September 2023, Matawan is taking part in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region’s mobility challenge.
The aim of the challenge is to find ways of getting to work other than by private car: cycling, walking, public transport, scootering, etc. or teleworking.

This regional challenge is organised by ADEME Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, in partnership with the Région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the DREAL Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the CCIR Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and the CMA Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.

Because the answer to the major challenges facing our society lies in transforming the way we travel on a daily basis

With the challenge of mobility, we :

Encouraging changes in behaviour
Promoting good practice in mobility
Help the environment and improve health
Test one or more alternatives to the private car for getting to work.

In September 2022, we won 1st prize in the Mâconnais Beaujolais Agglomération mobility challenge, in the 50 to 249 employees category, with 6,700 km accumulated.
