This 3-year label highlights how dynamic the region’s tech ecosystem is. The role of this French Tech Capital will be to lead and ensure the continuity of Mission French Tech’s activities in the region as well as address local issues. French Tech Bourgogne-Franche-Comté is one of 16 Capitals to receive this label.
Alongside Dijon, Besançon, Nevers and Belfort/Montbéliard, Mâcon has become one of the region’s 5 French Tech “totem” sites to support and implement French Tech initiatives.
In 2022, Matawan signed the French Tech Mission’s Parity Pact, which is committed to promoting gender equality and diversity within start-ups.
Our scale-up is committed to achieving a minimum threshold of women on the board, training managers in diversity, discrimination and harassment issues, and providing specific support when employees return from parental leave.
